Step 2: Imaging Confirmation

Step 3: The Surgery Experience

The removal procedure is performed in our office under local anesthesia, combined with relaxing medications. If you prefer, we also offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) to help ease any anxiety. The procedure itself is quick and efficient, but you should plan to be in the office for about 3-4 hours in total, allowing time for pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure monitoring.

Step 4: Post-Surgery Care

After your procedure, you will need a responsible adult—such as a family member or friend—to drive you home and assist you for the remainder of the day. Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are not permitted for post-surgical transportation.

Step 5: Follow-Up Appointments

We schedule follow-up visits to ensure proper healing and optimal results:

• Next-Day Follow-Up: A check-in at our office the day after your procedure.
• One-Week Follow-Up: Another visit one week after surgery to monitor your healing progress.
