This 59-year-old woman was interested in lowering her hairline. She reported her hairline had always been high, and she wanted both to reduce the size of her forehead and lower her hairline.

The patient is shown 1 week after her forehead reduction surgery, with a beautiful and already more balanced outcome. Her forehead is shorter and more closely aligned with her facial features. Her forehead incision will continue to heal over the next few months, and become less red and more camouflaged with scalp hair.
