This 34-year-old woman traveled to us from a different state for lip balancing surgery. She was interested in improving her smile and mouth appearance. She disliked what she felt was inadequate red lip show, and wanted to have more fulness at the upper and lower red lips. Our patient reported that she had researched lip lift surgery for years.

The red part of the upper and lower lips (where lipstick is normally applied) looks fuller after treatment, without the addition of fillers or volume.
