Description
This 24-year-old woman came to our practice with the desire to improve her nasal appearance. She was bothered by the appearance of her small nasal bump, and a droopy nasal tip which drooped further with smiling. She reported good nasal breathing, and denied snoring (though her own mother reported the patient as a snorer), nasal trauma, and previous nasal and sinus surgery.
Our Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Inessa Fishman treated her with a combination of septoplasty, preservation rhinoplasty, minimally invasive rhinoplasty, and traditional rhinoplasty techniques to smooth her nasal bridge and gently reshape and support her nasal tip. The patient is shown 3 months after surgery, and already has a beautiful and elegant result. Her nose shape will continue to refine and gain further definition as she continues to heal for the remainder of a year after nose surgery.
