This 46-year-old man was bothered by a bump-like growth at his right forehead. He had had a previous biopsy of this elsewhere, but the bump remained. Dr. Fishman removed the bump–which turned out to be a lipoma or a benign growth of fat–using the patient’s previous scar within a forehead wrinkle. He is shown 5 months after treatment, with great healing progress and an excellent outcome. His scar is essentially invisible, and the bump is gone.
