Can't say enough great things about Dr. Fishman and her team. I traveled from out of state to see Dr. Fishman about a possible lipoma/osteoma removal from my forehead. Dr. Fishman and her team were extremely professional, kind, and caring. Dr. Fishman took time to explain the procedure, address my concerns, and answer questions. Her process left me feeling relaxed and without pain. Dr. Fishman did note that my forehead nodule read as a lipoma on the pre-surgery scan, but upon physical exam, it felt hard like an osteoma. Dr. Fishman ran pathology on the nodule post-surgery, and it came back as a rare soft tissue tumor. Dr. Fishman referred me to the best tumor specialist in my home state for post-surgery follow-up. I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave me, not only pre-surgery and throughout the process, but post-op to ensure that I received the best care at home for my new diagnosis. I've never had any other plastic surgery, but if I choose to in the future, I won't go anywhere else besides Dr. Fishman. The surgeons and doctors I have seen post-op have been so impressed with Dr. Fishman's work. My friends and family can't even tell where my scar is since she placed it inside my hairline. 100/100 recommend Dr. Fishman and her team! Outstanding work and care.

I was referred to Dr. Fishman by a friend who was extremely pleased with a brow lift and lip injections she had with Dr. Fishman. I had been to another doctor for facial fillers but was not getting the results I had hoped for. Dr. Fishman took the time to research a new procedure and reviewed all my options with me. As a result, this new procedure worked much better and finally achieved the results I wanted. I would highly recommend Dr. Fishman to anyone considering any facial procedure. She is highly skilled and experienced, and she is knowledgeable and really takes the time to make sure you get the best possible results!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Aviva. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. My son was born with an ear deformity. After being told by a pediatric plastic surgeon that ear molding was not possible and we would have to wait until he was 5 to have surgery, I did some research and found Dr. Fishman. She was able to start his ear molding using the Earwell device the day of our consultation, and 5 weeks and 3 visits later his treatment is complete and his ear looks perfectly normal. I am so grateful to have found this office.

I highly recommend Dr. Fishman as a plastic surgeon. She has a pleasant bedside manner and shows that she truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to thoroughly explains her procedures and what results to expect. My rhinoplasty turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

Her office has a nice calm feeling when you walk in and her staff is so sweet and always got back to me right away. I have never had to wait to be seen for my appointment which is very nice. My parking was always paid for which was an extra perk.

The surgical unit she did my surgery in was also very nice. The atmosphere was calming and the staff was profession and courteous.

Dr. Fishman reccomended that I should get a CO2 resurfacing peel. I had a lot of superficial lines on my cheeks & sun damage & brown spots. This is by far the best facial treatment that I’ve ever done. The collegen building properties are amazing , I have no visible pores . I’m 2 weeks in and still red, but love it bc I don’t have to where makeup at all! I’m 63 years old & this procedure turned the clock back 10 years!

Dr. Fishman is simply the best. My son was born with an ear deformity and after an unsuccessful 4 weeks of treatment with another plastic surgeon, Dr. Fishman was able to completely transform my baby's ear with 6 weeks of treatment with the EarWell ear mold. The care and precision with which she worked with my newborn son were truly amazing. If you have a newborn in need of an ear correction, Dr. Fishman is the only doctor in Atlanta to go to. I can't recommend her enough!

Words can’t express the excellent service I received.from Dr. Fishman. I had a knot or lipoma on my forehead and needless to say it bothered me a lot appearance wise. Dr. Fishman explained to me about the process from beginning to end. Her office staff was very sweet and just her office as a whole was clean and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I trusted her and she delivered. I had no complications. Im about 6 to 7weeks after surgery and you have to use a magnifying glass to see my scar. Dr. Fishman is the bomb and if I had the funds I would utilize the other services she provides. Thank you Dr. Fishman for giving me back my confidence!!! She really cares about her patients!!

I been to Dr. fishman practice for a year and few months now, I have done belpharo and lip-lift both revision of other doctor's bad work and I should say they were complicated procedures in compare to a first time procedures, I have done several injections and laser. She has totally changed my view about cosmetic procedures. She masters profession, aftercare and humbleness at the same time. I have always been more than amazed with my results and the recovery is so fast with her hands. I have done several surgeries in the past and I know when I say she is an amazing cosmetic surgeon and a lovely human being. Very grateful for finding her. I've been going to see Inessa for Botox for years. She is so personable and has an eye for detail. She errs on the side of conservative, especially if you're a first-timer. You can go back two weeks later if you feel like you need more. She's fantastic.

Additionally, Alla gives the world's best facial. It feels like a "whole body" facial - a spa treatment. I've gifted it to a few people and they agree! I also have used her for dermaplaning and Microneedling. The location isn't not super convenient for me, geographically, but I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve had two minor procedures performed here and every element about both processes, from scheduling communication to the integrity of surgical manner, was totally exceptional. I believe this practice is quite easily among the very best in Atlanta on account of staff experience and intuition, office organization and billing transparency. I cannot praise this office enough. The entire experience from start to finish was AMAZING! The office itself has comfortable furniture and a relaxed cozy feel. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. Natalie the physician assistant is professional, patient and very thorough. Dr Fishmann is EXCEPTIONAL! She listens attentively and provides personalized treatment. She took time to explain everything and answered every question I had. Book your appointment! You will not be disappointed.

I travelled across the country to have a skull osteoma removed here. So glad I did! I almost forgot to write the review because it's been months since the osteoma or the procedure has even crossed my mind.

Dr. Fishman placed the incision with careful regard for my concerns about cutting specific blood vessels. She excised the osteoma leaving my skull symmetrical. She matched the curvature of the surrounding tissue and the opposite side perfectly. The scar has healed very nicely and is well positioned and angled to remain hidden. My hair has grown back enough that it is difficult to find the scar now.

Dr. Fishman gave me clear, straightforward answers to all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure. Her bedside manner was impeccable. I actually arrived quite late for my procedure, but she and her staff were very understanding and accommodating despite my big screw-up.

And on top of all of that, the procedure was affordable enough at this clinic to justify travelling from Seattle to get it done here.

Dr. Inessa Fishman and her team were absolutely amazing! Dr. Fishman is incredibly patient and kind.Her work exceeded all of my expectations. I recently underwent ear lobe repair for my stretched lobes, and the procedure was fast and virtually pain-free. I can't recommend this doctor enough. She and her staff will treat you with the utmost respect and care, and you'll absolutely LOVE the results!

Staff was very kind and welcoming. PRP was amazing, Dr. Fishman did a great job and is very knowledgeable about how to give her clients the results they want. Will be coming back.

I had absolutely awesome experience at Aviva plastic surgery. This is a concierge care at it’s finest. Doctor has enough time to talk to the patient, get history, do the thorough assessment. Post-surgical care is excellent, it includes advanced methods of treatment, and spa facial care as well.
The staff is very friendly and professional. And Dr. Inessa is the best!

I had concerns about removing an osteoma. After reading reviews and meeting Dr.Fishman and her team, I decided to do it. The entire experience from start to finish was on point. Natalie is caring and knowledgeable, Dr. Fishman is skilled and professional and the rest of the office is friendly and efficient. If you are struggling and on the cusp of decision, ask all the questions that you have and then go for it!

Dr. Fishman took her time with me.. she was really concerned with the knot on my forehead… in fact she referred me for a second opinion with a wonderful dermatologist with whom she agreed with Dr.Fishman on getting a CAT Scan ASP.. which it ended up with diagnoses of Multiple Myeloma..
which is cancer.. Saved my life…

Aviva has quickly become my favorite place for botox and now filler! Their PA Natalie is extremely meticulous when injecting- so much so that I finally decided to get the filler I’ve been contemplating for so long! I have a thin face and have always wanted a more plump “hydrated” look. She explained to me my options and her facial balancing recommendations. Although I was nervous to put filler in my face, I am so glad I finally did! The filler came out so natural and left me looking more refreshed / well rested. Thanks again Natalie!
