This 22-year-old woman came to our practice with the desire to improve her nasal appearance. She was bothered by the appearance of her large nasal hump, and a droopy nasal tip which drooped further with smiling. She reported good nasal breathing, and denied snoring, nasal trauma, and previous nasal and sinus surgery.
Our Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Inessa Fishman treated her with a combination of septoplasty, preservation rhinoplasty, minimally invasive rhinoplasty, and traditional rhinoplasty techniques to smooth her nasal bridge and gently reshape and support her nasal tip. The patient is shown 2 months after surgery, and already has a beautiful and elegant result. Her nose shape will continue to refine and gain further definition as she continues to heal for the remainder of a year after nose surgery.
