This 61-year-old woman was interested in facial rejuvenation, and wanted to improve her drooping face and neck. As a hardworking healthcare professional, she had the goal of reflecting her vibrant inner self in her outer appearance. She had previously had an upper lip lift and earlobe reduction in our practice, and now felt ready to proceed with additional rejuvenation treatments.
Our Facial Plastic surgeon Dr. Inessa Fishman treated her with a deep plane face and neck lift to restore a smoother contour to her cheeks and jawline, while also smoothing the contours of and elongating her neck. Dr. Fishman also performed facial fat grafting to the patient’s cheeks, chin, and smile lines to partner with the rejuvenating effects of the facelift treatment. Our patient is shown just 1 month after surgery, with a beautiful, elegant result and excellent healing. Her incisions are healing well, and will become more difficult to find over the next few months. Her remaining swelling will resolve over the next few months also.
