This 68-year-old woman wanted to look rejuvenated and less tired. Our facial plastic surgeon Dr. Fishman treated her with an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and cheek and neck lifting. During surgery, Dr. Fishman removed and repositioned excess tissue around the patient’s eyes, face, jawline, and neck. The patient’s incisions are hidden within the natural creases of her eyelids, and in the shadows between the ear and the face, as well as behind the ears. The patient is shown 4 months after surgery, with a beautiful outcome and excellent healing progress.
