This 68-year-old woman wanted to look rejuvenated and less tired and was especially motivated to look her best for her daughter’s upcoming wedding. Our Facial Plastic surgeon Dr. Fishman treated her with an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and cheek and neck lift surgery. During surgery, Dr. Fishman removed and repositioned excess tissue around the patient’s eyes, face, jawline, and neck. The patient’s incisions are hidden within the natural creases of her eyelids, and in the shadows between the ear and the face, as well as behind her ears. The patient is shown 4 months after surgery, with a beautiful outcome and excellent healing progress. She looks refreshed, elegant, and natural–and without any tell-tale signs of surgery.
